Return Policy

At HIFUMI, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Below are the details of our return policy.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personal Items: For health and safety reasons, items that are considered personal, such as undergarments, face masks, or cosmetics, cannot be returned.
  1. Alcohol: Due to legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages.
  2. Opened Items: Any items that have been opened and used cannot be returned, except in the case of defects.

Return Process:

  • Return Period: You can return eligible items within 7 days of purchase.
  • Receipt Requirement: Please present your receipt as proof of purchase when returning items in-store. For online returns, attach your invoice. Note: Customers are responsible for covering postage fees.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, we will offer a store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item due to our error, please bring it to the store/send us an email along with your receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. Items eligible for return can also be exchanged within the return period.
